Sides and quarters of beef are available July through January. Order well in advance of when you need the meat.

Side

A side of beef is approximately 300-350 lbs. hanging weight (before cutting). It typically takes up to about 8 cubic feet of freezer space. Your meat ill be cut and packaged according to your specifications

Mixed Quarter

By purchasing a mixed quarter of beef you will still get a variety of cuts from the front or back quarters, but it ill be half as much as a side. You will receive approximately 150-180 lbs. of meat (hanging weight).

* Price includes cutting, paper wrap, and freezing. Actual take-home weights are 35-40% less than hanging eight do to trimming, de-boning and shrinkage from the aging process. Vacuum wrap is available for an additional $0.25/lb.

Combination Package of Beef (1/8th Steer)

This "half-quarter" includes:

  • 15 lbs. ground beef

  • 4 assorted roasts

  • 10 assorted steaks

  • 2 lbs. patties

  • 2 lbs. cubes

  • 2 lbs. chipped beef

Free Range Pork

 

Pigs are raised free-range in an indoor/outdoor barn yard without the use of hormones or antibiotics. They are fed a custom-made, locally grown, non-GMO grain mix which includes corn, roasted soybeans, oats, and minerals. 

Pork is available in the fall only.

Whole Hog

There is a small additional charge for smoking hams

Our lambs are born in spring in fresh grass and live on pasture the entire summer and fall. They are not fed any grain, leaving their diet 100% grass. The lambs roam our pastures freely and are not cooped up in small enclosures. 

Lamb is available in the fall only.
